Privacy & Usage
FreeFormat is a document formatting tool. We use your uploaded documents and guidelines solely for formatting. This page provides a basic statement; a more detailed policy will follow on production.
Data Usage
- Uploaded .docx files are parsed and styled; we do not alter your content.
- Guideline text is used to generate/match templates and is not shared externally.
- Formatted outputs and temp files are cleaned periodically; please download and keep your own copies.
Security & Access
- Avoid uploading sensitive data in dev/test; production will use controlled storage with restricted access.
- API calls are used only for formatting and will not expose your documents.
